We are currently collaborating with the European Investment Bank to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily 2nd level support including problem resolution, prioritization, and root cause analysis.
- Engage in bug fixing, evolutive maintenance, and release management of the RiMA application.
- Lead non-regression and pre-release testing efforts, ensuring high-quality updates and implementations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by automating tasks and enhancing existing processes.
- Design and develop solutions using ReactJS, Java, Python, and RESTful Web Services among other technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT project management and software development.
- Proven experience in software analysis, design, testing, and web application development.
- Strong background in database programming using SQL, and experience with financial sector applications.
- Expertise in Python, especially with frameworks like Flask, and knowledge of Python Anaconda is a plus.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL, RESTful Web Services, CI/CD practices, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps, and Github.
- Excellent command of the English language and ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
Work Environment and Conditions:
- Location: Luxembourg and the greater region around it.
- Service delivery mode: The services shall be performed near-site from remote location allowing to reach Luxembourg within 2 hours' drive from Luxembourg city.
