Job Responsibilities
- Utilize existing campaigns and SQL code to create intricate customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign.
- Lead the migration of campaigns while striving to improve workflows for increased efficiency and personalized client interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the business to co-develop marketing strategies, including customer journeys, next best offer initiatives, and contact strategies.
- Share your expertise with colleagues to support the transition and learning process within the Adobe Campaign environment.
- Leverage your extensive experience with Adobe Campaign to build and optimize workflows for campaign setup.
- Possess a strong understanding of SQL programming language to comprehend and enhance our current workflows.
