We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Angular and Java development (4697-#LI-AS2)) to join our team and work REMOTELY.
As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding our development teams, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to provide technical leadership to drive project success.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Angular and Java-based software solutions.
- Architect scalable and robust software solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software design principles.
- Drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance product functionality and performance.
- Identify technical challenges and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance technical expertise and drive innovation within the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Angular and Java technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Architect in software development projects.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Angular and Java (Spring framework)
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (both in English and in Greek)
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
