We are seeking for a talented Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in digital experience solutions, particularly in developing and leading portal and e-commerce projects, to work as a Digital Experience Team Leader (4638).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in open source CMS and e-commerce solutions (preferably Drupal & Magento), in PHP, and in frontend technologies (preferably in React and Angular).
Additionally, the candidate should possess team leadership skills and some project management experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the development of digital portals and e-commerce solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize expertise in to architect and implement robust solutions.
- Assist in project management activities, including task estimation, planning, and monitoring progress.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on digital solutions.
- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
- Strong proficiency in open source CMS and/or e-commerce solutions and PHP.
- Experience with React and Angular is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
