Copper River Cyber Solutions is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in support of a new contract at the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Responsiveness. This position will be performed remotely with the occasional need for an onsite meeting in the Washington D.C. area.
The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for providing analysis and engineering services related to the design, development, and integration and maintenance of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces, and all system level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution. Develops integrated system test requirement, strategies, devices, and systems. May direct system level testing. This involves the establishment of an engineering and / or operational frameworks for new systems ranging from conducting feasibility studies to post-implementation evaluation and maintenance. The Senior ServiceNow Developer also provides top level support for internal systems and software. Working with Project Team Leads and Project Managers to produce high quality products.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provides support with administration, maintenance, and enhancements or SNow container
- Sets up APIs to allow for data sharing to/from SNow
- Designs/develops/implements workflows to improve UX and efficiency
- Develops reports/dashboard to provide metrics/SLAs to a variety of customers
- Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management
Requirements:
- Clearance:
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Education:
- Bachelors degree or prior, relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- ServiceNow credentials
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience
- Experience providing high-level expertise to managers and technical staff
- Experience producing quality documentation
- Experience working with Federal government clients
- Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow knowledge and experience
- Cyber Security knowledge and experience a plus
- Cloud knowledge and experience a plus
- SharePoint knowledge and experience a plus
- Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience a plus
- Platform and data migration knowledge and experience a plus
- Current Public Trust is a plus
