Copper River Cyber Solutions is seeking an Identity Access Management Enterprise Engineer to join our team in support of a new contract at the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Responsiveness. This position will be performed remotely with the occasional need for an onsite meeting in the Washington D.C. area.
The Identity Access Management Enterprise Architect is responsible for all administration aspects of our clients Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Implementation. Working with Project Team Leads and Project Managers to produce high quality products.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Serve as the Identity Access Management Enterprise Architect
- Providing high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff
- Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines
- Develops architects, designs, and strategy for technical solutions and the infrastructure architecture and design necessary to support mission strategy
- Advises on selection of technological purchases with regards to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)
- Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Implementation
- Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management
- Create and Implement access controls plans across clients Microsoft 365 sites
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to review access controls currently in place across all applications
- Producing quality documentation
- Working with end-users
- Participate in internal planning and reporting processes
- Work with Project Team Leads
- Ensure standards are followed as directed by Project Team Leads
- Participate in special projects as required
Requirements:
- Clearance:
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Education:
- Bachelors degree or prior, relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Splunk, FireEye, Unix/Linux OS, Windows Server OS, Checkpoint and/or Juniper firewall certifications are a plus
- Cybersecurity certification preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Experience creating and managing Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) implementations
- Experience providing high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff
- Experience producing quality documentation
- Experience working with Federal government clients
- Preferred Skills:
- Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) knowledge and experience
- Cyber Security knowledge and experience
- Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience
- SharePoint knowledge and experience a plus
- Platform and data migration knowledge and experience a plus
- Cloud knowledge and experience a plus
