Title: Program Director
Job Duties: The Program Director designs and oversees the implementation of the clinical program services. The Program Director works collaboratively with the Administrator, Clinical Director of Neuro Behavioral Services, Medical Director, Director of Nursing Services, AQ/QI Coordinator/Dietitian, and other department heads. The Program Director is responsible for regulatory compliance with federal and statute standards and regulations.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Science.
- A minimum of two years experience working in an SNF and in working with clients with required neurological disorders and mental health problems with previous supervisory experience.
- Basic Life Support (BSL) certification.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPU) certification.
