Title: Transportation Coordinator/Driver
Job Duties: The Transportation Coordinator will serve multiple duties regarding the therapeutic care and transportation needs of the people we serve. The driver provides facility staff with driving services such as persons served to doctors’ appointments and recreational activities, running errands, and picking up and transporting admission/ discharge persons served. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals respectfully and professionally. You will also be responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served and assisting in crisis intervention.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older and a valid CA driver's license.
Prefer a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a field related to mental health or Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting.
Preferred one year experience as a driver for a long-term care facility.

About the Campus: Crestwood Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center located in Angwin amidst the beautiful hills of the Napa Valley. The facility provides a variety of classes for clients to participate in during their recovery program and encourages active participation in treatment planning from admission.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$21—$25 USD
