Title: Mobile Response Team Access Line Supervisor (Behavioral Health)
Job Duties: The Mobile Response Team Access Line Supervisor answers phone calls to the Mental Health Hotline and ensures callers receive the care and support they need. The Access line is designed to streamline the process of accessing mental health or substance abuse treatment services, provide immediate support and guidance during crisis, and connect individuals with appropriate care providers and resources. In addition, the Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Access Line staff are adequately staffed, scheduled, and supported.
Schedule: Full-Time: Overnight 8 PM to 8 AM
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of Full-time experience or Part-time equivalent in a mental health setting.
- Strong Phone and Communication Skills.
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a field related to mental health.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-V and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles.

About the Mobile Response Team: The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team can deploy into the community to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Lompoc and Santa Barbara County, including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals. The goal of the MRT is to de-escalate the crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and resources.
