Title: Per Diem Clinician
Job Duties: The Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist) provides stabilization services, supports non-licensed staff, and collaborates with the client’s natural supports. The Clinician will perform duties of crisis communication, discharge planning, clinical documentation, milieu activities, and collaboration among the interdisciplinary treatment team members.
Schedule: Flexible Hybrid work
Qualifications:
- Must have a master’s degree in a clinical discipline,
- A current California license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist or Psychiatrist, preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical practice in a community mental health setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR, psychiatric rehabilitation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma informed approaches.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and in multi-disciplinary teams.
