Title: Cook
Job Duties: The Cook will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Dietetic Services Director and or Assistant Dietetic Services Director, to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times.
Schedule: Part-Time AM
Qualifications:
- Must possess, at a minimum, 10th-grade education.
- Must have, at a minimum, one (1) year of dietary experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
- Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy.

About the campus: Crestwood Manor in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility serving individuals from a number of California communities. The facility provides long-term treatment services to people with a primary medical diagnosis and specialized behavioral management needs – for example, Alzheimer’s or dementia.
