JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Manager to join our Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Optimization Manager serves to lead short and long SCM initiatives across the network. The role includes a holistic end-to-end supply chain assessment considering internal and external perspectives, comprehensive mapping, clear breakdown of results into decision-making processes such as; network design and optimization; project leadership; continuous improvement; process development; inventory strategy and segmentation; customer & client interaction; and systems / data management and reporting.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Select, evaluate, and implement the tools necessary to build a scalable end-to-end supply chain network model for Cresco Labs
- Create a framework for supply chain network optimization and build models based on that framework to identify network and capacity optimization opportunities in the supply chain
- Support materials management and distribution operations by acting as an integration manager for key department projects and initiatives
- Build, pitch and deliver business-cases to leadership on Supply Chain long-term initiative planning
- Act as a stakeholder and business partner to Cresco S&OP department
- Assist in the management of nationwide rollout programs and initiatives
- Assist in identifying demand / supply process gaps and creating improvement tactics and strategies
- Focus areas but not limited to S&OP, Production, Material Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management and Asset Capacity Planning
- Serve as Center of Excellence lead for data sources, network knowledge and various associated tools
- Ability to identify data requirements, necessary supporting analyses and formulate strategies and solution that yield value for project success
- Search for and integrate new data (both internal and external) that improves visibility and decisions
- Ensures consistent standard methodologies are shared across the Supply Chain and Operations groups through trainings, workshops and documentation
- Ensure department goals are met
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 5 years’ + experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, Industrial Engineering or Operations
- Excellent ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, including senior leadership
- Strong analytics & visualization with tools such as Tableau, SQL, SCM Planning
- Familiarity with TMS / WMS
- Highly motivated, self-starter that is well organized
- Demonstrated experience in either a manufacturing/production or CPG environment
- Knowledge of developing and implementing SOPs
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office
- Prior experience in consulting / enterprise-scale project management
- Experience with Lean & Six Sigma
- 10% Domestic Travel
- Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred
