CORE JOB DUTIES 

Basic BioTrack Duties: 

  • Prints compliance labels 
    • Familiarity with label information 
    • Ability to detect errors and communicate issues to Supervisors 
    • Ability to enter Batch ID (Dispensary name) and expiration date
  • Checks POs for manifesting 
    • Ability to print and understand reports 
    • Ability to read and understand PO
  • Sends Manifests to PO Check for final check
  • Attaches printed manifests to POs in Order fulfillment area 
  • Prepares staging, exterior packaging, and reads Intacct reports to ensure accuracy 

Basic coverage while Supervisors are off: 

  • PWO creation 
  • Understands delivery schedule and how PWOs relate 
  • Prioritizations task based on PWO 
  • Understands expected times per task 
  • Able to motivate and lead a team 

Work with material handler to acquire material: 

  • Understands different lots and importance of separation 
  • Understands inventory and why material must be returned in it's entirety 

Flower/lab Pack training: 

  • Full understanding and ability of all pack tasks 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure 
  • Confident in all Pack Room tasks 
  • Works well with all peers 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Strong Leadership skills  
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment  
  • Basic Excel, Word, and general compute knowledge
