JOB SUMMARY

Continuum, a Cresco Labs company, is seeking a motivated and driven Account Managers to join our team and cover a key territory. The Account Manager will be responsible for selling products and services, maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales and achievement of sales targets and individual sales KPIs. The Account Manager will be representing a wide array of brands with a very robust, and growing product line. 

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Maximize market penetration, dispensary shelf space, revenue, profitability and customer service according to annually assigned individual KPI targets
  • Support dispensaries and implement tactics to increase store sales
  • Ensure customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficiently
  • Drive customer retention and maintain high level of customer service performance
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, store visits to increase network coverage
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction while maintaining compliance with the company policies and procedures
  • Achieve agreed upon individual KPIs including sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
  • Prepare timely and accurate customers’ orders to meet customer requests, follow up on order fulfilment and communicate order status with customers and delivery dates
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and report on monthly sales outcomes
  • Supply management with reports as requested on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Keep the customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Prior experience in the medical marijuana industry preferred 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid California driver’s license
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and insurance
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently
  • Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office, Google Drive, and Sales Force CRM software
  • Ability to travel locally within assigned territory daily
  • Outstanding organization, meeting and time management skills
