Position Summary

Crescent Line Workers are responsible to perform their assigned duties in a manner which is safe, and efficient while focusing on the creation of a high quality product. The business will operate as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P’s:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing it Safe
  • Ensure a work environment which is safe and maintained where our people can safely grow and develop
  • Continually seek out and remove all forms of risk
  • Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes and product damages accurately and according to processes
  • Comply with all OSHA, ISO and company standards


  • Champion the Crescent Culture of Doing it Right, Doing it Safe and Doing it Well and abide by all written and understood procedures and policies 
  • Pack, sort and stacking products throughout the shift and review completed tasks for accuracy and completion
  • Communicates well and respectfully with others

  • Cooperates with new ideas, actively participates in providing new ideas


  • Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes
  • Works with proper operation and assembly of line products and packaging
  • Validate the use and continuous improvement of all production and operational processes
  • Works at a pace to achieve production and quality goals
  • Responsible for line production, labeling and packaging of products


  • Responsible for production accuracy and for providing feedback to management regarding errors
  • Reliable in attendance and punctuality; completes assigned responsibilities to satisfaction; follows through with commitments 
  • Follows rules and code of conduct at work; demonstrates an ethical behavior at work

Work Environment / Physical Demands

  • Fast paced environment, requiring Line Workers to adapt to continuous changes in priorities, volumes, staffing requirements
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm’s length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for an extended period of time
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to do repetitive motions including typing for several hours
  • Walk on concrete floors for extended periods while in the co-packaging facility
  • Ability to work and operate in a non-climate-controlled

  • Highschool diploma, G.E.D or equivalent 
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Possess basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior packaging experience
