As a Client Success Manager at CredSimple, you will join our Service Delivery team and take on a portfolio of clients. CredSimple delivers a combination of a SaaS software platform and related services to our clients, which span healthcare organizations from telehealth startups to Fortune 500 insurance companies. The breadth of our clients and services mean that you should be comfortable customizing your relationship management strategy to fit the needs of each client. You love getting to know the way our partners work and building relationships to align our business with theirs. You’re comfortable on the phone, conducting a webinar for new clients, or creating a professional deck to provide a quarterly business review to senior management. You are expected to keep a close pulse on your clients’ use of the platform and monitor our delivery of services to meet contractual obligations and client expectations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of current and new clients
  • Develop a relationship with clients as a trusted advisor
  • Serve as primary manager for new client implementations
  • Drive product adoption and ensure the client leverages CredSimple to achieve full business value
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, provide recommendations based on risk and clients’ business needs
  • Conduct regular client health-checks, identify renewal risk, and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
  • Identify upsell opportunities that map directly to each client’s needs and/or pain points and partner internally with the CredSimple Account Executive to drive the upsell opportunity
  • Effectively log client interactions in order to communicate important client information to internal teams
  • Utilize metrics and data in order to proactively identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients
  • Plan, design, and deliver quarterly account reviews with clients


  • Passion for providing top-notch client service
  • 3+ years of client/customer success experience in a SaaS or similar company
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights; experience with Excel preferred
  • Strong ability to give an excellent presentation and write an eloquent email
  • Empathy with a knack for understanding what a client really needs and why
  • A love of data, and a thorough understanding of how data-driven decision making transforms a product or business
  • Ability to constructively participate in difficult internal and external conversations and convert discussion into actionable outcomes
  • Tech-wise, you are comfortable analyzing data, drawing insights, creating graphs to visualize trends, and then communicating these with clients via reports and presentations
  • An eye for presentation and attention to detail
  • You’ve worked closely with product managers and engineers/programmers in the past and know how to draw others’ expertise into a conversation
