CreatorIQ is looking for a Sales Marketing expert to lead the next evolution of CreatorIQ’s sales learning ecosystem. In this role, you will help empower Sales with a deep understanding of our offerings within the context of an ever-expanding and rapidly evolving sales narrative and customer base.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute customer persona frameworks, ideal customer profiles, and buyer journeys to support Sales and Marketing in messaging and targeting efforts
  • Support content marketing strategy by mapping content to relevant persona targets and narrative voice
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to build and upkeep a segmented contact database
  • Work with Sales and Product Marketing to develop collateral and talking points that resonate with target audiences by use case, client type, size, and market location
  • Consult with Sales counterpart to develop client-specific presentations
  • Support Sales team with research of industry verticals and brand clients in advance of meetings
  • Serve as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership, identifying learning needs of the Sales organization and scaling best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop curriculum that reinforces consultative, solutions-based selling
  • Own marketing of organizational selling points that Client Success, Support, and Sales can leverage when pitching and up-selling to customers
  • Responsible for updating and distributing refreshed resources in parallel with new feature updates and releases
  • Support competitive intelligence efforts and enable internal teams with battle cards and talking points for side by side platform comparisons

What you need for this position:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, either in an agency or working within a communications department of an organization
  • A focus on qualitative research to develop customer profiles and persona targets
  • Experience in collateral development from ideation to execution
  • Strong Keynote and Powerpoint skills
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, digital marketing, and sales
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required
