CreatorIQ is looking for an experienced Account Manager, Client Services who is passionate about the success of our customers and has a strong track record in influencer marketing. You will join a dynamic and fast paced environment, working with our most strategic clients to help them optimize their influencer marketing efforts.

What you'll do:

  • Forge a strong relationship with your client(s) for whom you will own all aspects of the relationship and be their day-to-day contact 
  • Support our Services Lead to ensure optimal client service as it relates to industry insights, campaign analysis, best practices, and strategic recommendations
  • Analyze campaign performance relative to the client's campaign objectives and compose reports with learnings and actionable insights to optimize their results 
  • Build recap and status decks when needed, leveraging various sets of performance data and metrics
  • Perform social listening searches around client’s campaigns and/or events and share a recap of how much chatter their activations drummed up on social media
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations in the social realm, and provide clients with insights that will enhance their influencer marketing efforts
  • Provide big-picture recommendations on how to improve CreatorIQ’s partnership with the client

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, SAAS platform experience a big plus
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong understanding of analytics, measurement, and tracking quantitative and qualitative success on influencer campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal clients
  • Must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex relationships and have helped to cultivate new initiatives from these relationships
  • Fluency in influencer marketing and social media platforms
  • Should have a passion for solving client challenges and a commitment to client delight
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, creating organization and processes where none may already exist
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and/or equivalent experience required
