What you will do:

We’re looking for someone to join our Strategy & Operations team as a Data Scientist, where you will be responsible for elevating analytics across the entire organization with a focus on research and business operations. 

Immediate projects:

  • Lead joint research projects with platform partners (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) that explore how certain creative elements can drive outperformance in digital advertising
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards; use cases include business optimization, customer health scoring, financial reporting and others
  • Assist in the development of product pricing
  • Analytically support commercial teams in consultative services for top clients
  • Conduct “error rate” analysis to understand the top contributors to labeling errors
  • Drive improvements in the performance of our production computer-vision models
  • Develop and execute a strategy for keeping our various technologies integrated (current tech stack includes Seamless.ai, Outreach.io, Salesforce, Hubspot, Tableau and PostgreSQL)

Required experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in an data-focused role 
  • Proficient with database technologies and tools (SQL, R, Python, Stata, etc.)
  • Professional experience using statistical techniques, including multiple logistic regression, classification models and cluster analysis
  • Professional experience using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) 
  • Professional experience presenting data insights to key stakeholders
