We’re looking for someone to join our Marketing team as an Associate Product Marketing Manager, where you will be responsible for launching and marketing new products and features and helping our product and client success team to drive user engagement and retain clients.
What you’ll do:
Partner closely with eng/product teams to launch new features and products
Own end-to-end experience from onboarding to engagement for all new users
Develop advocacy content to show client success from case studies, to trainings, and webinars
Optimize / templatize client success presentation structures to tell the strongest story to clients
Who you are:
Up to 4 years experience in marketing (with a demonstrable interest in product marketing)
Versatile storyteller - you’ll be responsible for inspiring clients across presentations, visual, video and written content.
Scalable mindset - you’ll be building templates and processes that can be replicated across different teams.
Data-driven approach to copy and asset development and comfortable using analytics software to judge success
Comfortable using CRM software - building out emails, creating flows, writing email templates
Audience first approach - Product-side we have multiple audiences that need engaging, from C-suite teams to local markets and creative agencies. To succeed, you need a natural enthusiasm to know your audiences, to keep up with who they are, what they care about and how we can inform and inspire them through our content.
