What you'll do
Project Management and ongoing maintenance of all third party media API integrations (i.e. Facebook, Youtube, etc.).
Providing guidance as a technical resource and subject matter expert for client's API integration solutions.
Responsible for the definition, scope, and project management of technology integrations with our clients and partners data systems such as Digital Asset Management and data aggregation platforms (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Serve as an ongoing technical support contact providing escalation, research and resolution with appropriate teams when integration issues are reported.
Build a scalable process to expedite integration workflows and time to launch.
Be the voice of the customer in collecting and communicating pain points in order to create solutions that increase customer ease of use and overall satisfaction.
What you'll need
Independent Project Ownership: You have demonstrated the ability to drive and deliver on the entire project, start to finish.
Communication: You are able to clearly and effectively communicate your ideas and provide direction to different stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Technical Acumen: You have familiarity with technical documentation, such as RFP’s
Who you are:
You have 1-2 years of experience in an saas implementation-focused role
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent practical experience in technical or engineering field
Knowledge of and/or strong interest in marketing/advertising
Experience in working in a B2B or marketing environment
