We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to develop, scale, and manage our top of funnel activities. You’ll execute and drive key initiatives to build and optimize our existing growth engine, including testing new strategies to expand how we generate new leads, reducing funnel dropoff, and working with sales to maximize our SDR team's outbound efforts. This type of role at an early startup requires not only growth marketing experience but an independence of thinking that allows you to move "beyond the playbook" to try out new ideas and initiatives that will drive company growth.
In a nutshell, we're looking for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is excited by the idea of acting both operationally (to tactically get-things-done each week) and strategically (to scale our business in 2021).
You'll be responsible for:
Overseeing our lifecycle marketing efforts to drive new and existing users towards our SDR team.
Help optimize our SDR team’s efforts
Drive demand generation experimentation.
Create and continue tweaking our top-of-funnel strategy, tying together Brand efforts to down-funnel conversions and revenue.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of direct Growth or Growth Marketing experience at a VCbacked startup
Comfortable operating with data and not intimidated by analytics
Fanatical about understand the audience and approach everything with an audiencefirst mindset
Strong ability to organize and communicate large, complex initiatives and parallel work streams that involve many crossfunctional stakeholders (both verbal and written)
Resourceful, hard working, and solutions oriented mindset -- you work to solve your own problems before asking for help
Independent thinker -- you use past playbooks are reference materials and constantly challenge yourself to thinking differently about the problem and the solution.
Experience with B2B SaaS tactics
Understanding of senior level roles (i.e. CMOs) and how they think
