About the platform

We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

Why we need you:

As our People team coordinator, you’ll be the driving force that ensures our People function operates like a well-oiled machine. You’re not just supporting processes—you’re the glue that holds our People function together. Your ability to connect the dots and keep everything in sync is crucial to ensuring our team members feel supported and ready to contribute to our mission.

Here is what you will be doing:

You’ll act as a central hub in our People team, coordinating the flow of information, tasks, and processes that keep our department running smoothly. You’ll ensure that everything from recruitment to onboarding to day-to-day HR operations is handled with care, precision, and a personal touch.

  • Connect the dots in our recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless journey from job posting to offer an extension to the first day at work.
  • Maintain impeccable employee records, ensuring that our HR data is always up-to-date and accurate.
  • Participate in People processes like performance management and quarterly HR reporting, providing meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Support our payroll and benefits administration, helping our team members understand and access their needed resources.
  • Assist in providing exceptional candidate experiences, following up promptly and consistently at every stage of the recruitment process.

You need these clarifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, where you’ve played a key role in either or both recruitment and people operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and a natural talent for keeping multiple moving parts in sync.
  • Solid communication skills and a capability to connect with people at every level of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, and a working knowledge of BambooHR and Greenhouse or similar HR and Recruitment systems.

It would be nice if:

  • You’re tech-savvy and have experience automating processes to improve efficiency.
  • You’re proficient in running reports and analyzing data to inform decisions.
  • You have a working knowledge of Dutch employment law and agencies.
