About the platform
We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!
We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.
Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

Here is what you will be doing:
You'll be the strategic partner to our engineering, product, and data leadership, co-creating a vision for our people that aligns with our ambitious business goals and growth. You'll dive deep into the unique challenges and opportunities of these teams, crafting tailored solutions that drive performance and satisfaction.
Your days will be filled with:
- Developing innovative HR strategies that attract, retain, and grow top tech talent in a competitive market.
- Leading organizational design initiatives that keep us fast, efficient, and effective as we scale.
- Rethinking and implementing new performance review cycles that foster continuous growth and alignment with our evolving needs.
- Building a comprehensive growth framework, complete with capability-based career paths that inspire and retain our tech talent.
- Analyzing people's data to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions and improve team performance during our growth phase.
You need these clarifications:
- Proven track record of owning, not only supporting, business partnering initiatives helping companies navigate through significant growth and transformation.
- Deep understanding of the unique dynamics of tech, product, and data teams.
- A knack for translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Top-notch communication skills that allow you to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Substantial HR experience, with at least 7 years in the field. Of those, you've spent 3+ years in an equivalent role in a fast-growing tech environment. While we value quality of experience over quantity, this senior role demands a depth of knowledge and your track record needs to demonstrate a clear progression of increasing responsibility and impact.
It would be nice if:
- You have an in-depth understanding of Dutch and European employment law, allowing you to navigate complex legal landscapes as we grow.
- You have a high degree of acumen in the HR tech space, This includes familiarity with various HR tools and platforms and the ability to optimize and automate HR workflows through technology.
- Your coaching skills are backed by certifications or degrees, enhancing your ability to support leadership development, facilitate effective team dynamics, and provide high-impact coaching to both managers and employees.
