About the platform

We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

As a Head of Growth in Product Management, you will drive sustainable growth of our products through well-curated acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization strategies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build delightful user experience and product capabilities geared towards user acquisition and engagement
  • Analyze usage data and market to uncover trends and opportunities to improve major business growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, or revenue)
  • Develop and (in)validate hypotheses about customer behavior and design experiments to validate assumptions
  • Closely monitor funnel metrics and cohort analyses to diagnose issues impacting growth
  • Foster strong partnerships and ongoing collaboration with marketing, engineering, other product leads, and leadership, to align on growth strategies and execution
  • Make high-impact decisions supporting global product strategy, contributing to the main CF product roadmap

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of product leadership experience with a proven track record of driving large-scale web products with multiple end-user personas and their journeys, with a preference for B2C SaaS
  • Proven track record of delivering business outcomes demonstrated success in building and shipping great product experiences
  • Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing at scale
  • Strong understanding of acquisition channels 
  • Deep understanding of user experience and design, strong customer empathy
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to run your data analysis and ability to make decisions based on data and user insights
