This position will direct all aspects of IT including, but not limited to, the following: Intake and Demand Management, Cybersecurity, Software & Salesforce Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML Development, Architecture Governance, Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructures, Networks, Vendor & Budget Management, Helpdesk, Telephony & WFM systems, Project Management, BA & QA Deliveries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborates with the CEO and Executive Management team to set short and long –term strategic objectives to achieve profits, growth, or other goals of the Company.
  • Builds, directs, and implements the company’s IT strategies with a focus in the areas of Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Software Engineering Initiatives and Business Intelligence/Data Analytics.
  • Deeply understands the business model and looks for areas where technology can differentiate customer and employee experiences and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Prioritizes departmental work and partners with business leaders to ensure IT resources are assigned the highest value request/projects.
  • Drives the human capital plan to ensure IT staff have clear goals and expectations along with career development opportunities and the resources and training to be successful in their roles.
  • Responsible for the delivery of Business/Technology initiatives and digital transformations. Ensure these are effectively and efficiently planned and executed.
  • Manages departmental budget, capital expenditure and allocation of monthly expenses.
  • Responsible the technology vendor partnerships including vetting new vendors and systems, reviewing, and managing contracts, price negotiations and holding vendors accountable to deliver.
  • Accountable for pragmatic “build vs buy” decisions and ensuring the architecture is scalable, secure, and resilient.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Executive IT role reporting to the CEO, CFO or COO
  • 2+ years security industry experience preferred
  • Must have Salesforce and call center technology experience (preferred experience with Salesforce would be Sales, Service, Field Service Lightning, CPQ, Communities, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud)
  • Strong experience in broad technology program/project methodologies, specifically Agile/SCRUM.
  • Experience with mobile technologies, devices, and business intelligence platforms (tableau preferred)
  • Experience with ERP, Billing and Payroll systems and implementations
  • Experience in M&A, including IT integrations
  • Experience in data governance, Snowflake or similar data cloud solutions preferred
