Essential Duties/Responsibilities:


Meeting Management

  • Manage and support all agency required client meetings, including weekly client status and Creative Reviews
  • Internal Agency coordination to establish agendas and timing needs for Creative Reviews
  • Distribute invites and book meeting rooms and be ready to project all material as needed
  • Collaboration with client executive assistants to understand availabilities and whereabouts
  • Ensure all presentation files are in working order and hard copies printed as needed
  • Write meeting recap notes with input from team and distribute to clients and internal teams
  • Run internal creative reviews, status meetings, brieifings on own


Account Team Support

  • Overall support of Account team across various project needs (e.g. competitive reports and proofing)
  • Develop and distribute monthly reports as needed (e.g. budget tracking, available creative lists, prop storage inventory, talent & residuals)
  • Talent budget management support
  • National and Regional Traffic
    • Work with clients and media partners to develop quarterly creative rotation (TV, digital, etc.)
    • Partner with traffic team to distribute instructions
  • Manage team and client face-sheets/contact sheets
  • Over time develop skills to support crafting campaign comms plans in conjunction with media and account teams
  • Develop understanding of process, brand identity, and e-comm platforms
  • Be a steward fo the brand(s) you work on, ensure all deliverables are in line with brand and campaign strategy
  • Support daily needs of Account Supervisor and Management Supervisor
  • Support and eventually run smaller digital productions (bumper ads, e-mail, campaign site assets), asset shoots, OOH, television pre-production duties and television editorial projects
  • Manage testing calendar and project timelines


General Account Management

  • Develop the foundational skills of account management: keen attention to detail, a sense of urgency, excellent proofreading skills and a great attitude
  • Build strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to write concise, actionable meeting/call
  • Build positive working relationships with the client team and learn the inner workings of CPB.



Educational Requirements:

Undergraduate Degree from an accredited College/University/Portfolio school is preferred
