The role:
Coyuchi is looking for an experienced Manager for Wholesale Sales to join our team and strategically grow our Specialty, Trade and Hospitality businesses.

 

As the Senior Manager of Wholesale, you will be responsible for driving sales through new and existing accounts. This role involves a combination of strategic business development, negotiation, lead generation, and account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and relationships in home goods, and a deep understanding of the industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals, aiming to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage + grow existing accounts by increasing the existing portfolio of business
  • Identify and pursue qualified new accounts in key home markets focusing on home and luxury/premium shops in top cities and metro areas
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Use lead generation strategies to attract potential customers, nurturing these leads into long-term clients.
  • Leverage your negotiation skills to close deals and maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create + implement process efficiencies enabling scalable growth (e.g., B2B portal, digital catalogs, streamlined order management, new product launches, etc.)
  • Initiate, coordinate and attend Coyuchi sales events in conjunction with the Marketing team
  • Define key metrics that will provide insight into the health of Specialty, Hospitality and Trade sales channels; partner with IT/Business Intelligence to automate reporting on these key metrics.
  • Travel as needed to present to accounts and/or attend trade shows
  • Provide reports and account feedback as needed
  • Provide product and client feedback to Product Development and Merchandising teams

  • The ability to effectively learn and utilize new software applications as needed.
  • Minimum 7-10 years sales experience, preferably in home goods
  • Ability to develop strong relationships that result in customer loyalty
  • Eagerness to leverage the Coyuchi mission, values and heritage to differentiate the brand from competitors
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications. 
Pay Range
$90,000$100,000 USD
