About the Role

Coyuchi is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager that is passionate about social platforms and will be responsible for growing and managing the brand’s social media footprint across META, TIK TOK, Pinterest and other platforms.  As the Social Media Manager you will be creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy and crafting engaging and informative content with images, video, graphics and copy that align with our brand and marketing strategies.  The ideal candidate enjoys getting involved at every level and is excited to work for a brand with deep roots and a rich story to tell.

  • Can identify relevant social and ecommerce industry trends for in the moment content creation opportunities.
  • Has a good grasp of the nuances of marketing within the home and wellness categories
  • Lead monthly reporting + key insights and execute campaign-specific reports.
  • Engage 1 on 1 with the consumer community to generate brand love and loyalty.
  • Identify and cultivate impactful influencer relationships, unlocking new audiences, enhancing brand credibility, and fueling social commerce success

You will be Responsible for

  • Plan and execute monthly content strategy across multiple social media platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Develop detailed briefs outlining campaign goals, key messages, content pillars, platforms, tone of voice, and desired visuals.
  • Strong copywriter who knows how to generate copy that is unique to the brand voice and campaigns and optimized across all social platforms based on role of the platform (top of funnel, conversion)
  • Test USP and build on insights to further audience engagement
  • Develop plans and tactics to grow TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc. community and followers
  • Partner with E-Com and Marketing teams to ensure all story-telling is consistent and reflective of seasonal strategies and selling priorities
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and PR to drive awareness and brand buzz and create content with Influencers and Creators partners
  • Leverage UGC content to enhance brand storytelling and affiliation
  • Managing and executing our content calendar across all social media pages on a daily / weekly basis
  • Ideate and create content for social platforms
  • Aggregate data to report on social media performance for internal use
  • Execute campaigns with efficiency on time 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in social media management with strong growth results
  • Strong experience managing and growing social media communities across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Deep understanding of the unique nuances of each platform and the ability to create engaging and effective content tailored to each audience.
  • Creative eye towards elevated design, trends, style and color
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, organized and excellent communicator
  • Social photography skills, Figma and Adobe a plus
  • Experience creating engaging organic and paid social media content
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with partners.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications. 
Pay Range
$90,000$110,000 USD
