As part of our exciting expansion plan, we are hiring a Principal, Display & Programmatic. Ideal candidates will have solid, demonstrable experience with performance marketing, CRM and user engagement. You will collaborate with senior leaders daily to express new ideas and suggest solutions, develop critical people strategies, and enhance our company culture.
What You’ll Do
Your focus will be managing ads on Programmatic, Line (Ads and Pay) and new platforms
Responsible for budget management & steering of your channels
Develop channel strategy and testing roadmap by collaborating with our publishers and key partners
Own campaign strategy by optimizing towards different goals (Prospecting & Retargeting)
Drive efficiency and deliver on performance targets to deliver on GMV, ROAS & Acquisitions targets
Troubleshoot and resolve all ads-related issues for your channels
Source & find new partners to run ads with
Implement reporting and dashboards that will help you take the right decisions
Set-up the right tests to measure incrementality of the actions implemented to ensure max efficiency
Work with our affiliates marketing partners to scale this channel
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience on Display, programmatic or affiliates
Tech company or eCommerce background is preferred but not essential
Strong understanding of incrementality testing is a must
Experience in working in a fast-growing environment
Strong analytical skills with ability to extract the right insight and information
Fluency in English/Mandarin, both in speaking and writing
