Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and operate IT services and continuously improve the relevant processes for a stable IT end user support onsite.
  • Purchase and install IT endpoint/network equipment and devices
  • Operate and provide maintenance support in IT endpoint/network equipment and devices
  • Manage IT assets and report regularly
  • Perform continuous process improvements for an efficient IT operation
  • Work with stakeholders and relevant business teams
  • Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WLAN/WAN activities and utilization and work with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve issues
  • Basic networking problem resolution and managing incident response tickets within an Enterprise ticketing system
  • Identify, report, and resolve poorly performing system issues using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes
  • Work with other global IT teams to implement/execute change requests and support in-house IT projects
  • Good at stakeholder & vendor management
