Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and operate IT services and continuously improve the relevant processes for a stable IT end user support onsite.
- Purchase and install IT endpoint/network equipment and devices
- Operate and provide maintenance support in IT endpoint/network equipment and devices
- Manage IT assets and report regularly
- Perform continuous process improvements for an efficient IT operation
- Work with stakeholders and relevant business teams
- Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WLAN/WAN activities and utilization and work with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve issues
- Basic networking problem resolution and managing incident response tickets within an Enterprise ticketing system
- Identify, report, and resolve poorly performing system issues using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes
- Work with other global IT teams to implement/execute change requests and support in-house IT projects
- Good at stakeholder & vendor management
