Position: Principal II, Financial Planning & Analysis
Team Overview
Taiwan Finance team is a finance business partner for Coupang Taiwan’s business teams. We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) focusing on Retail and Instock domains as the company’s Retail business is growing exponentially.
What you will do
- Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail and Instock P&Ls
- Track the metrics and analyze their trends & results to provide business/financial visibilities to stakeholders
- Provide constant feedback to stakeholders, raise a flag, and recommend corrective measures to deliver WOW results
- Perform root cause analysis by retrieving the right data and diving deep
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred)
- Retail and/or Instock FP&A experience
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment
- Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (written and verbal)

- MBA
- Strong SQL and PowerBI skills
