Position : Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management (Cross Border)
Cross border Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing customer orders end to end. They will work in conjunction with retail, product, custom clearance, and FC organizations to identify demands, SKUs priorities and operational FC (Fulfillment Center) capacities. Plan, monitor, and measure progress by established standards of performance.
What you will do?
- Daily/Weekly issue resolution, SOP definition and enhancement.
- Work with business stakeholders to manage the backlogs and come out with solutions.
- Manage 3rd party custom brokers. Lead the planning and KPI mgt structure to drive performance to standards and targets with these partners.
- Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
- Audit vendor's billing. (Monthly)
- Responsible for cross border end to end execution by communicating with internal and external teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience on Cross Border Operation or from the courier side is highly advantageous
- Strong retail, logistics, or e-commerce background with proven ability to drive change
- Existing relationship with Taiwan Customs is preferable.
- The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, strong compliance knowledge, think systemically, self-motivation, deep curiosity about how things work.
- Ability to prioritize work and to find a way in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally
- Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
- Fluency in Chinese and strong communication in English
