Position: Senior Manager, Cross-Border Business
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Manager of Cross-Border Business to bring the best experiences to our customers and drive growth in cross-border sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize existing operations and maximize revenue opportunities with your strong cross-functional communication and analytical skills.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement comprehensive cross-border business strategies to expand the company’s presence in Taiwan market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of cross-border initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects to dive into pain points, improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including overseas vendors, logistics providers, and government agencies, to support cross-border business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.
Essential Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in program management or business operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
- Ability to deep dive into complex issues, demonstrate attention to detail, and solve customer service issues efficiently
- Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and strong capability in Excel with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Korean
- Familiar with SQL
