‘Global Merchandising & New Initiatives’ team at Coupang’s Global eCom organization focuses on driving marketing, selection and new business for Coupang’s strong global portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sr. Program Management Specialist. This person must be entrepreneurial by nature with responsibility for contributing to a positive customer experience on Coupang’s global marketing as a part of a fun, diverse, and global-experienced team. The individual will also work across a matrix organization internally with cross-functional teams as well as external network. The primary goal of this role is to help Coupang’s global team to improve its global catalog that our customers want and drives increased loyalty.
업무 내용
- Beginning everyday Obsessing over Customer Experience. Starting with customer focused objectives and works backwards. Building solutions to address and Wow our customers
- Reviewing end-to-end customer journey thoroughly and defines any front-end customer experiences on global selection (Global sourcing, Rocket Jikgu, etc.)
- Analyzing As-Is global business performance and defines success metrics & strategy for business optimization and continuous improvement on standard operating procedure. Acting as a strategic thought partner to team members across various regions, offering insights and guidance tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of cross-border activities and liaison with external network to address company-wide global solution for the growth of global selection
- Creating project roadmap and maintains project priorities within Global eCommerce. Lead project team to make business success
자격 요건
- Who has over 5yrs of relevant work experience in BD or PM role on eCommerce or global SCM solutioning
- Who has an ability to speak and write in English & Korean in a proficient and concise way. Other language is plus
- Who has experience and track record of delivering E2E projects at scale
- Who has SOP/Policy setup or new business building experience on eCommerce, Cross border, SCM or Retail industry
- Who has previous experience in eCommerce and other internet-based industries; retail; global brands · Global business understanding with Logistics and Supply Chain expertise
- Who has strategic partnering, financial acumen, matrix management, value co-creator

- Who has ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment with many asks and multiple stakeholder
- Who is able to balance strategy with strong operational skills - able to understand, deconstruct, streamline and optimize complex, large-scale business processes
- Who is able to conceive new ideas and experimentations for consideration. Understands the difference between 1-way and 2-way doors
- Who has sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others, including executive level reviews
- Who has Analytical and problem-solving skills to find creative ways to cover come obstacles
