Job Description
• Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the Fintech organization
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
• Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
• Act as an internal accelerator within organization to help implementation of
new tools and processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders (tech, finance, legal, marketing teams) to drive scalable solutions
• Identify systems needs and/or define process to improve efficiency and enable scalability
• Define metrics to measure the efficacy of internal resources and lead teams to improve metrics by making modification to current processes
• Define tech metrics and able to help team enhance engineering excellence
• Use data to inform system needs and prioritize system requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years of technical program management experience
• Understanding of Web Services, API, Cloud technologies as it relates to the Payment domain
• Experience in solving complex technical problems, deep diving into issues, identifying root causes and suggesting realistic solutions
• Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into simplified business insights
• Sets high quality standards for the team while moving with urgency
• Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
• Proficient in Agile Scrum based Sprint execution, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite
• BA / BS degree

• Bilingual Korean and English (working proficiency)
