What You Will Do

  • Lead team of professional services and data marketing business analysts that research and formulate insights across both to top-100+ advertiser customers and our scaled ads customers.
  • This team produces white papers, marketing collateral and thought leadership pieces, as well as brand-, ad product-, and category-level shopper analyses.
  • This also will drive experimentation strategy, responsible for supporting advertisers to maximize performance through compilation, review, and distribution of measurement insights.

 

 

Essential Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years of program or project management experience
  2. 15+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  3. 7+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience and Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
    Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  4. 15+ years of data analysis experience
  5. 10+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience
  6. 10+ years of Tableau or equivalent tools experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 7+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, including top leadership.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
