Position: Principal, Program Management Supply Planning

We are seeking a data wizard Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of advanced ordering logics for our instock programs. You will play a critical role in optimizing supplier relationships and logistical efficiencies by designing innovative solutions to address demand forecast variability and optimize order placement. 

What will you do?    

• Develop and implement advanced order logic systems to minimize stockouts and improve supplier efficiency 

• Analyze demand forecast data and past supply patterns to identify trends and predict future needs 

• Design order patterns to smooth out order fluctuations to help suppliers grow with us 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, instock, buyers, supply chain, logistics) to ensure best design outcome and program implementation 

• Track and measure the performance of in-stock programs and identify areas for improvement 

Essential Qualifications:  

• 10+ years of overall experience in analytical fields 

• 5+ years of experience in Supply planning or Demand planning capacity 

• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions 

• Deep understanding of demand forecasting, supply chain management, and retail logistics 

• Expertise in Excel modeling and analytical tools 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

• English proficiency to collaborate with overseas stakeholders 

Preferred Qualifications:   

• Experience in the e-commerce industry 

• Knowledge of inventory management principles
