Position: Principal, Program Management Supplier Lifecycle Management
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive supplier lifecycle management program. You will start with defining vendor types, and then build and optimize the processes, technology infrastructure, and data collection methods to gain deep insights into our supplier network. This includes understanding supplier capabilities, source locations, and available product categories. You will find a way to aggregate offline supplier metadata into a centralized database, streamlining supplier management from initial outreach and onboarding to ongoing performance monitoring.
What will you do?

Lead the design and implementation of a supplier lifecycle management program

Develop and implement processes for collecting and aggregating supplier metadata

Collaborate with technical teams to design and build the data infrastructure

Partner with stakeholders across Retail leaderships to gather requirements and ensure program alignment

Analyze supplier data to identify trends and opportunities for buyer optimization

Develop and deliver insights to empower buyers with a prioritized supplier list
Essential Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in program or project management

Proven track record of building and implementing programs from the ground up

Strong understanding of operational process improvement methodologies

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, technical teams, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
