Position: Principal, Program Management Retail Operations
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee and manage retail operations initiatives. You will act as the central point of contact for our retail buyers, ensuring all project tasks are executed efficiently and on time.
What will you do?

Manage project tracking, milestones, resources, and reporting for various retail operations initiatives

Collaborate with retail leadership to develop and implement project plans

Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions

Communicate project updates, deadlines, and deliverables to stakeholders

Routinely engage with buyer teams to drive progress

Monitor and evaluate the success of retail operations initiatives

Compile and analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Essential Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in program management or a related project management field

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

Organizational wizardry and superb attention to detail

Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the retail industry in an operational capacity
