Position: Principal, Program Management Supplier FC Program
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and oversee supplier operations efficiency initiatives. You will be the single point of contact for understanding and improving our supplier collaboration processes. By leveraging your expertise in retail logistics and project management, you will drive cross-functional teams to implement solutions that optimize efficiency and achieve measurable results.
What will you do?

Lead the identification and analysis of supplier operations inefficiencies

Develop and implement program plans to improve supplier collaboration and streamline processes

Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders

Manage cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve program goals

Essential Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in program management or a related field

Proven track record of leading complex projects, creating frictionless processes, and driving successful outcomes

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
