Position: Principal, Program Management Retail Business Operations
We are searching for a highly experienced and results-oriented Retail Business Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance targets and evaluation metrics for our teams of Retail Buyers, ensuring they are optimized to drive focused outcomes for the company. You will leverage your strong analytical skills and excel wizardry to track progress, point out gaps, understand pipeline, identify trends, create data-driven insights, and develop strategies to maximize buyer performance.
What will you do?

Design and implement buyer performance targets and evaluation metrics aligned with company goals

Collaborate with buyers and department heads to set and achieve performance objectives

Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement

Develop and recommend strategies to optimize buyer performance and exceed targets

Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to all stakeholders, including company management team

Track and monitor progress towards performance targets and make adjustments as needed
Essential Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in retail business operations or a related field such as sales operations or other target/quota driven operations

Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes

Strong analytical skills and strong capability in Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the e-commerce industry
