Role Overview:

As part of our exciting expansion plan, we are hiring for a Director, Strategic Talent PartnerIdeal candidates will have solid, demonstrable experience with HR management and employee relations. You will collaborate with senior leaders on a daily basis to express new ideas and suggest solutions, develop critical people strategies, and enhance our company culture.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance whilst partnering with the legal/HR compliance teams as needed/required
  • Consult with line management on a weekly/monthly basis on a wide variety of topics including and not limited to to provide daily people lifecycle guidance, contract terms for new hires, restructuring, promotions, succession planning, transfers etc.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, improve employee experience, build morale, increase productivity, retention, and lifecycle management whilst analyzing and improving the employer brand
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People team, developing solutions as needed
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, liaising directly with all related parties
  • Provides HR policy guidance, interpretertion, and day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an HRBP function, ideally in an leadership role
  • Supply Chain/Tech/Manufacturing or eCommerce background is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in working in a fast-growing environment and with experience in scaling up a business in a short space of time is highly advantageous
  • Independent, fast pace, knowledge in local labor law and able to lead and operate under a highly ambiguous environment
  • Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing
