Position : Director, Employee Relations
What will you do?
- Establishes mid/long-term ER strategies and concrete implementation measures and supervises overall implementation of the measures
- Preemptively prevents HR/ER risks to accomplish short/mid/long-term ER goals, and contributes to constructing cooperative labor-management relations based on trust
- Examines HR/ER risk in advance and derives improvement plans
- Examines compliance with labor laws and proposes measures to address legal risks
- Performs constant monitoring of changes in the management/labor environment and changes in employee needs and establishes countermeasures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, law or in a related field with minimum 10-12 years of work experience.
- 8+ years in HR field and with 5+ years of experience in ER management planning and on-site ER management
- Understanding of Labor Laws. Comprehensive understanding of ER management and conflict management.
- Capable of prevent and respond to ER risks based on the understanding of processes of the organization.
