Position :  Principal, HR Compliance

The Compliance department is looking for a human resources related law expert who will present practical and strategic alternatives to establish and operate a lawful and exemplary human resources and labor system.

This department is a group of top experts comprised of talented people who pursue the accomplishment and reward of being compliance experts who actively solve company-wide compliance issues, and who proactively discover problems and lead remediations.

What you will do:
• Establish and maintain procedures and regulations for compliance with labor-related laws, internal regulations, and contracts related to company-wide personnel/labor work, such as the Labor Standards Act, Act on Gender Equality in Employment, Labor Pension Act, Employment Service Act, Employee Welfare Fund Act, Labor Union Act, employment rules and collective agreement, etc..
• Identify issues that pose risks to compliance with labor-related laws, internal regulations, and contracts from the company-wide personnel/labor-related status, establish solutions, and monitor the appropriate implementation of the alternatives.
• Check compliance level with existing internal norms and contracts related to personnel/labor, such as employment rules, collective agreements and employment contracts, and revise and supplement them in accordance with the latest revised laws and regulations.
• Perform relevant response work, such as establishing a strategy to enhance the level of compliance in preparation for the Ministry of Labor's inspection/ audit, reorganizing systems, and preparing documents.
• In relation to foreign workers, he or she can confirm compliance level with relevant laws and regulations, such as residency status, and establish internal procedures and regulations for compliance.

Essential Qualifications:
• 9-16 years of human resources, labor and relevant legal work experience
• Ability to write Taiwan documents
• MS Office (Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
• English
• Certified labor attorney certification
