This organization is responsible for the systematic management of safety, health, and firefighting at Coupang Fulfillment Service centers, establishing EHS-related policies, and conducting risk assessments for all facilities and processes. Supporting center managers as business partners, proactively responding to legal issues, and promoting worker safety and a comfortable working environment.

What will you do?

  • Must have a thorough understanding of Taiwan EHS-related laws and regulations and have the ability to operate procedures and systems required by EHS-related laws and regulations.
  • Provides instructions, guidance, and supervision to ensure that the EHS standards are complied with at the center.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of the center in accordance with the requirements of the EHS policy and standards of Coupang Fulfillment Services.
  • For all deficiencies and problems, identify improvement plans and ensure that improvements are completed.
  • Develop and implement programs or projects in real time and effectively as required for EHS risk management operations in the center.
  • Analyze EHS incidents and events on a weekly/monthly basis and identify trends so that appropriate/appropriate improvement measures can be implemented in high-risk areas or locations.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspection/assessment activities to discover and identify any EHS non-conformities that may occur in all facilities/equipment and processes within the center. In addition, ensure that corrective actions and preventive measures are implemented to address the identified hazards and conditions.
  • Maintain records and inspection/assessment results related to the EHS requirements of the Taiwan government, local governments where the center is located, or relevant government agencies.
  • Ensure that training, inspection, performance management, etc. for organizations/departments and workers in the center are maintained and accurate in content.
  • Develop and operate on-site inspection and self-inspection processes for early detection and improvement of EHS risks in the center.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in environment, safety, and health.
  • Occupational safety certificate (legal safety manager will be appointed)
  • At least 7 years of workplace EHS management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in logistics, shipping industry or manufacturing industry
  • Experienced in EHS management of foreign companies
  • Experienced in EHS management system (ISO45001, ISO14001) operation
