What You Will Do?

  • Develop and execute the company's EHS strategy, including long-term objectives, goals, and targets aligned with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and company values.
  • Assess and evaluate EHS risks across all company operations, identify gaps, and develop and implement effective risk management programs to mitigate workplace hazards and enhance safety.
  • Establish and implement comprehensive health and safety programs, policies, and procedures, fostering a safety culture throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into new processes, projects, and initiatives, ensuring EHS is an integral part of our company's operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, industry associations, and community organizations, representing the company's EHS interests and promoting sustainable practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive EHS leadership experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing EHS programs, driving continuous improvement, and achieving measurable results in a country or regional level.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
