Responsibilities
1. Analyze the user conversion funnel data model in the live room, find the bottleneck in the process that affects conversion;
2. Make solutions of increasing CVR of live room, and drive front-end/back-end engineering teams to launch them;
3. Use machine/deep learning to process and analyze data, build user segment models for video ads, help to increase ads performance;
4. Responsible for managing experiments within the team, including: goal setting, process monitoring, offline data analysis, etc.

 

Requirements and skills
1. Master's or doctoral degree in statistical machine learning/computer/automation/mathematics related fields;
2. Have practical experience in data analysis, build data pipelines, forecasting and optimization;
3. Have practical experience in using machine/deep learning technology to build customers recommendation model, nice to have related experience in video or ads fields;
4. Proficient in SQL, airflow or similar job-scheduler tool, at least one of statistical program languages;
5. Have experience in the whole process of A/B testing, include: experiment design, monitoring, analysis, decision-making;
6. Proficient experience with C++/java/Python programing skills with good knowledge of Data structures/algorithms;
7. Have project management experience and strong project driving ability, good team communication skills.
