Position: Customer Service Specialist

Coupang is continuing innovative growth. To keep growing, customer experience is the most important thing. We help customers to solve problems at once or immediately. Ultimately, we support our customers across the board to help them experience the best customer service in Coupang.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Efforts to understand complex policies
  • Verification of language competence when hiring associated counselors
  • Key intermediary role for Taiwan Biz.
  • Flexible mind to solve the issue
  • Ability to produce results
  • Ability to listen to and systematically capture voices in the field
  • Ability to judge and quantify the quality of counseling according to standards and improve the quality of counseling

 

Basic qualifications: 

  • 365-day workers
  • Shift available for the time range from 08:00 to 24:00 local time in Taiwan
  • A person who can fulfill an urgent business trip to Taiwan or needs to stay.
  • Business level of Korean

 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Translation/ Interpretation experience for at least one year
  • Project operational experience for at least one year
  • English Skill
  • Have language-related certificates
