Now for the first time in Taiwan, Coupang is hiring for our launch team.   


Position: Senior Recruiter  
As a Recruiter of Coupang, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies and programs to attract best in class talent from global markets for senior leadership openings. This includes creating and managing talent pipelines, managing senior level stakeholders and driving recruiting initiatives 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Actively recruit top talent in all aspects of the business 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations 
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent 
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up 
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies 
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements 



  • At least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience in either Recruitment 
  • Customer-oriented; understanding their needs and exceed their expectations 
  • Proven team player with excellent communication especially persuading, relationship management and interpersonal skills 
  • Experienced various type of recruiting (bulk hiring, leadership program, etc.) 
  • Analytical, creative and data driven 
  • Must be highly motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment
